1. General Policy All contributions made on Vivaide are voluntary and final. By participating in a campaign, users agree that: 1.Funds are donated to a cause or charity 2.Entries for rewards are a gesture of appreciation, not a product purchase As such, no refunds or cancellations will be issued once a transaction is successfully processed. 2. Exceptional Circumstances 1.Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions: 2.Duplicate transactions due to technical errors 3.Fraudulent or unauthorized charges reported with proper evidence 4.Reward not fulfilled, where physical shipment or digital delivery failed (and was confirmed by our team) 5.All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction via email to support@vivaide.in, with: 6.Transaction ID 7.Proof of payment 8.Reason for refund request 3. Reward Fulfillment Issues If a campaign reward is not delivered due to logistics failure, unavailability, or any other fulfillment issue, Vivaide may: 1.Offer an alternative reward of equal value, OR 2.Issue a partial refund (only applicable for tangible reward costs, not the donation portion) 4. NGO Donations 1.Once funds are disbursed to the charity/NGO, they cannot be refunded. Refunds are not possible once the transfer to the NGO partner is complete. 5. Processing Time Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 6.
