Purpose of Messaging

The messaging feature on Vivaide is provided for the following purposes:  


Campaign-Related Inquiries: To communicate with campaign organizers regarding specific campaigns, prizes, and causes. 


Customer Support: To facilitate communication between users and Vivaide’s customer service team for issue resolution, feedback, and general inquiries.  


Donor Updates: To provide donors with updates on the status of their donations, the impact of their contributions, and any changes related to campaigns.

Acceptable Use

You are expected to use Vivaide’s messaging system responsibly and for its intended purposes. By using the messaging system, you agree to: 


Respectful Communication: Engage in respectful, professional, and non-abusive communication with all users, campaign organizers, and Vivaide staff. 


Relevant Inquiries: Ensure that any message you send is relevant to the campaign, donation process, or customer support issue at hand. 


No Spam or Solicitation: Do not send unsolicited messages, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, or spam messages, unless explicitly permitted by Vivaide.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities through Vivaide’s messaging features: 


Harassment or Abuse: Sending any message that is offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise violates the dignity of others. 


Fraudulent Activities: Using messaging to deceive, manipulate, or commit fraud, including impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity. 


Illegal Activities: Using messaging for any unlawful purpose, including the promotion of illegal goods, services, or activities.
